WW Builders Inc. has provided a multitude of Design-Build Projects over the years. By using the Design-Build process, the client would tell WW Builders Inc. the type of project they wish to have constructed. We would then utilize our resources, and design a set of drawings within the client’s agreed upon budget. With WW Builders Inc.’s knowledge, personnel, equipment, and our ability to self-perform most major phases of construction ourselves, we provide the client with a unique experience many other contractors cannot provide. With the self-performance of WW Builders Inc., we can easily maneuver and make changes to the design with minimal impact to the client as one may experience with other contractors.

With the utilization of the Design-Build process we’ve been able to speed track projects while maintaining a high quality of workmanship. The Design-Build approach allows us, the contractor, to begin the workflow concurrently while the design is still in process. With our process of identifying long lead items, scheduling, and defining of scope packages as relative to its trade, we’ve saved clients time and money by doing so.
